Information

Deliverables: Included in the cost of your custom project is an initial intake consultation with Maggi or her design assistant (30 minute sessions), a design sketch, and a digital CAD rendering. Stones are sourced by Maggi as needed with client approval. 

Custom projects are invoiced in two parts. Invoices are shared via email and payment instructions are provided. 

Payment 1: 50% deposit secures stone and initiaes the design process

Payment 2: Remaining 50% balance due prior to shipment

Timelines are estimates and the average delivery time is 10-12 weeks  from when the initial 50% deposit is paid.

Disclaimer: Heirlooms stones for custom projects are accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your inquiry. Client understands that working with heirloom materials poses risks. Maggi Simpkins is not liable for any damage that may occur during the production process.

We ship worldwide! Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 

Domestic orders;

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included on your invoice. 

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and include tracking and insurance while in transit. 

International orders (outside of USA);

International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout; however if you would like to know the cost of shipping to your location prior to making a purchase, please contact us.

Maggi Simpkins is not responsible for any duties or import taxes. Once your order arrives to your destination country, you will be liable for the duties and taxes that may be incurred to release the parcel. Duties and taxes are respective to your order value and destination country.

All rings ship with a standard, proposal ready, ring box. We use standard FedEx boxes for delivery to avoid drawing attention to the package when shipping or receiving the piece..

Custom

All custom projects are final sale and non-refundable.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you aren’t happy with you item, please contact us and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Ready To Ship

Unless otherwise noted, all unworn, ready to ship rings are eligible for return. 

Returns are only accepted with written notification from you within 48 hours of delivery. Jewelry must be returned using a shipping label provided by Maggi Simpkins and returned within 1 week. There will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from all refunds. 

We reserve the right to reject an exchange if we believe that it is not in new condition.

Maggi Simpkins guarantees the integrity of all rings for one year from purchase date. 

Should repairs be needed at any point, please contact hello@maggisimpkins and we will provide a quote for the repair, shipping labels and return instructions.

Please note, resizing or repairing your ring at a local jeweler voids our warranty policy.

We provide one complimentary resizing per ring. If you need further assistance, please contact us for a quote.

We highly suggest that your ring be cared for with routine maintenance. This includes professional cleaning every 6 months to 1 year. Please contact us if you would like your ring to be cleaned and assessed. Local reputable jewelers can also be contacted for cleaning services. Please note that if another jeweler does work to alter your ring, it voids the warranty. Routine cleaning by another reputable jeweler is exempt under the warranty.

All rings, custom and made to order, come with an appraisal by an independent 3rd party gemologist. Please note that it is highly encouraged to add fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters or individual insurance policy to protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry.
